Founded in 2015 by Joe Manning & Len Cloud, JLCM is built on a history of strong management, safety, and integrity. Past projects range from Environmental Remediation, Excavation, and Building Demolition to Joint Venture Sub Contracting & Hazardous Material Abatement. The JLCM H.A.S.P (health and safety policy) mirrors the certifications and experience both founders received while earning their UXO degrees. As a PSAB registered company JLCM can expand their pool of project partners through joint venture subcontracting. JLCM prides themselves on careful planning, accurate quotes, flexible high traffic work schedules, safety, and worksite environmental responsibility.
We believe in efficiency at every stage of your contract. We build confidence from planning to pricing that guarantees success.
Our health & Safety standards go beyond compliance. We self audit and monitor at every step to ensure transparency and safety on our job sites.
We plan diligently to preserve the integrity of eco-sensitive job sites. Our approach minimizes environmental impacts during & after the project is complete.
Our mutual success starts with a detailed plan and a thorough estimate. Every aspect of your contract’s success is accounted for.
As a proud PSAB registered organization we can facilitate an exciting range of projects and third party partnerships.
